RACE DAY PARKING

Beginning at 5:30am on race day, buses will shuttle athletes and spectators from Virginia Tech’s Chicken Hill parking – across from Lane Stadium – to the start/finish area. They will run every 10 minutes. Those receiving parking pass A at packet pick-up will not need to take the bus as you will be parking by the start/finish area. Parking lot B is the VT Chicken Hill parking lot; those receiving parking pass B will park in the Chicken Hill lot. Please remember if you have a VT yearly parking pass you are NOT allowed to park here as it is for visitors. Parking lot B is about 1.5 miles from the start/finish area.

DROPPING OFF A RUNNER

If you are dropping off a runner, you can drop them off at the Virginia Tech Airport. It is directly across from the start/finish area. Please follow all directional signs when dropping off. The VT Airport is also the location buses will be dropping off and picking up athletes and spectators.

BAG DROP

Bag drop is available at the tent near the finish line. You must use the clear bag you receive at packet pick-up. For security reasons, no other bags will be accepted. Please do not leave any bags unattended aside from bag drop – any bags left unattended will be searched by police.
