REGISTRATION

You can register for the 2021 Hokie Half Marathon & 5k online here, or by filling out and mailing a paper registration form here. The Hokie Half Marathon is limited to 3000 participants and the Hokie 5K is limited to 1000 runners and walkers. Registration fees go up September 3rd to $88 for the Hokie Half Marathon and $32 for the Hokie 5K. The first 500 current VT students receive a $10 discount but must turn in the paper form to RunAbout Sports.

No Frills Option – For a cheaper price, you can run the Hokie Half with the no frills package. The no frills package means you get your racing bib, Hokie Bird finisher medal if you finish, food, and all the race course amenities. You will not receive the registration shirt, finisher shirt and other race swag.

CANCELLATION AND TRANSFER POLICY

At this time, the 2020 Hokie Half Marathon & 5K have NOT been canceled. In the event the races are cancelled as a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, registration fees will be refunded with the exception of the service fee for online registrations (~$6). We also allow the transfer of your bib number as long as it is done by September 1st, 2020. You can also defer your registration for one calendar year, but must contact us (runaboutsports@gmail.com) by September 1, 2020 to do so.
